Get your emotional + physical well-being taken care of . Every fortnight you can attend a 20 minute somatic coaching session + every week you can attend a 45 minute therapeutic yoga class. This is where the Frozen to Fearless community hang out. This is your opportunity to feel seen, listened to and understood without judgement. There’s alot of shame coming from us high achieving, and highly anxious women, but that also keeps us frozen. We don't want to talk about it, it feels too embarrassing. But remember, shame grows in the dark so we have to stop hiding from ourselves. You’re not doing any of this alone, you have me and a whole community of women with you on this journey. We won’t let you give up. Everyday we will be here cheering you on, especially on the days that you struggle to. 

fortnightly check ins

Every two weeks you’ll be given a quick self-assessment to complete called a check in. This is a great tangible measure of your general progress and how well the membership is working for you. I like to see tangible change in everyone I work with because it helps keep the momentum going. The more results you see the more you're going to want to continue doing the work, and the more you do the work the more results you’ll see.

I'm Dr Michaela

As a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist I specialise in supporting ambitious, sensitive, intelligent women just like you, make manageable changes to stop the struggle with high functioning anxiety and imposter syndrome, create that elusive work life balance + still dominate in whatever industry they choose. 

I created this membership because it is everything I wish I had when I was in your shoes, highly sensitive, battling anxiety, successful on the outside but feeling like a fraud on the inside, lonely, frazzled, but no one that knew how to help with my unique needs. 

But I've got you. This, my friend, is your one stop shop for self healing. It's not always easy to know where to start and information overload is real. To make things easy for you I created a 6 stage roadmap to fearlessness. This is your success journey exclusively for members.

stage 1. awareness

In this stage of your success journey you'll get the high functioning anxiety, imposter syndrome and highly sensitive person 'must knows', that most other programmes (and therapists) miss. You'll complete your first confidential psychological wellbeing self-assessment. This will give you a deep understanding of what exactly you are struggling with, and where to direct your efforts. As a member of Frozen to Fearless you have a way out of how you’re feeling, this stage will make those exit points clearer.

stage 2. groundwork

By the end of this stage you will be clear on the absolute non-negotiable basics that you need to be doing if you want robust psychological and emotional wellbeing. Basics which are unfortunately mostly ignored within the health system, in favour of medication or drugs, (thats a personal opinion don’t shoot me).These are the things in your day to day life that you need to get a handle on unless you want to constantly be taking 2 steps forward and one step back.

stage 3. clear out

In this stage we are getting you out of your own way. By the end of this stage you’re going to have a really good understanding of your unhealthy subconscious habits that are actually keeping your mind and your nervous system in a cycle of anxiety, and distress, and of course I will teach how to easily replace these unhelpful habits, with healthy sustainable habits that last.

stage 4. re-balance

By the end of this stage you will know the exact steps to take to re-balance your emotions and your nervous system. Here you’ll be learning about the functions of your emotions, how to emotionally regulate as a HSP, trauma, polyvagal theory + bodywork techniques for emotion regulation and healing on a nervous system level. This will help you to reduce your overall feelings of stress and stop those knee jerk reactions to challenges that actually cause you more stress.

stage 5. mindset

The way you think about yourself impacts the quality of your life. By the end of this stage you will have uncovered your negative subconscious story of who you are, and dived deep into your negative core beliefs that keep you frozen, so you can replace them. You’ll know how retrain your voice to easily set boundaries, say no, speak up for yourself and shower yourself with love so you don't feel so bad about yourself all the time. In this stage you are going to transform the most important relationship you will ever have. The one with yourself.

stage 6. glow up

In this stage you'll be aligning yourself, your identity, with your core values. Then you'll use this new identity to set clear goals that lead you in the direction of major personal and career growth via your actions. Your values will be your compass point, you need to know who you are, or who you want to be, you need to know your why, or you will give up. By the end of this stage you will have honed your highly sensitive trait into your superpower, and learnt how to take bold steps into fearlessness.
